ServiceBrokerConfiguration: The "New" dropdown listbox in Configuration tab can't be droped down when opening the "SampleApplication.exe" app in the first time

description

Environment:

1. Win2k3 ENT ENU
2. Yukon DEV ENU 09.06.2047.00
  1. Sample MSI 60705
    4. Whidbey 8.0.50727.42

Steps:

  1. In the first time run "SampleApplication.exe" and open the "Configuration Sample Form" window.
  2. Leave the "Server Name" as default "[local]" and click "Connect" button.
  3. Leave everything default and click "Options..." in tool bar. The window will be switched to Configuration tab
  4. Click "Create" button in toolbar.
  5. Click "New" dropdown listbox in toolbar.

Expectations:

The "New" dropdown listbox will be droped down.

Actual Results:

The "New" dropdown listbox can't be droped down.

Comments:

  1. The "New" dropdown listbox in Objects tab can be droped down.
  2. If you close the app and open it again, the "New" dropdown listbox can be droped down.

The 'New' can't dropdown for there is no 'BaseUrn' created.
Updated the SqlConnection.cs to update the 'New'List when database changed

Repro on KJ 10.50.1352.12 and Sample build 91118.
